Research supportlaunched a competitive research grant program to assist young scholars who might otherwise have difficulty getting funding to investigate key questions in institutional economics. Contracted a senior scholar to supervise the program, completed a literature review, circulated a call for proposals, and formed a scientific committee which selected the four best proposals.
