Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Washington & Alaska supports families with seriously ill children by providing a caring home-away-from-home at the SEattle Ronald McDonald House and operating a house and a van service in Anchorage, Alaska.

The Alaska House, the 34-room house is within the Alaska Native Medial Center (ANMC) patient housing building and servers expectant mothers with high-risk pregnancies as well as families of pediatric patients. In 2024, 1,577 families were served at ANMC with 10,156 nights of housing and services provided. The average length of stay was 6 days.
