Level Up program Operated the Level Up Career & Economic Empowerment Initiative, distributing approximately 2,500 community resource guides and providing workshops and individualized coaching to approximately 80 individuals to support career pathway development, mental health awareness, and economic stability. The program also reached over 1,000 individuals through community outreach and resource distribution at public events.

Program Name: Inside-Out Reentry Resource & Pre-Release Support Initiative (Chino Prison): During the reporting year, Ronnies House conducted the Inside-Out Reentry Resource & Pre-Release Support Initiative, designed to provide justice-impacted individuals with access to essential reentry information and resources prior to release from incarceration. The organization participated in the Chino Prison Resource Fair, where approximately 1,000 reentry resource guides, along with journals, snacks, and essential materials, were distributed to incarcerated individuals preparing for release. Staff and volunteers met directly with participants to discuss reentry planning, available opportunities upon release, and pathways to housing, employment, education, and supportive services. The initiative emphasized early access to information and planning, helping reduce barriers upon release and strengthening continuity between correctional institutions and community-based services.

Program Name: Public Policy Education & Fair Chance Hiring Advocacy During the reporting year, Ronnies House engaged in public policy education and community advocacy focused on advancing Fair Chance hiring practices and inclusive employment opportunities for justice-impacted individuals in Long Beach, California. The organization collaborated with the Long Beach Human Rights and Equity Commission on a year-long initiative examining barriers to employment faced by justice-impacted individuals. Activities included policy research, participation in working groups, stakeholder engagement, and community education. This initiative culminated in policy recommendations presented to Long Beach City Council. All activities were conducted in a nonpartisan manner and supported through general operating capacity and volunteer leadership. Program Name: Feed It and Cloth It Forward Operated the Feed It and Cloth It Forward program, providing food and clothing assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness and economic hardship, including justice-impacted individuals and program participants, through direct distribution supported by in-kind donations, community contributions, and general operating funds.
