Rida's mission is to improve and enhance the quality of life of individuals with disabilities, mental, physical or emotional, living on roosevelt island, included but not limited to:1. Social services to help broaden knowledge of organizations and facilities that can assist individuals in daily living so that they can live a more independent and socially active life2. Cultural and social activities3. Transportation provided for disabled members
