Rooted

Investor - rooted will raise and coordinate the use of philanthropic resources aligned with achieving the organizations mission. Rooted will ensure that the resources available are aligned with effective high quality seats and community partnership strategies and are used to support the most critical strategies, tactics, and partners. Rooted will focus on investments in quality school development, community empowerment partnership/advocacy and effective school leader and teacher talent.

Advocate -rooted will work to ensure the existence of a policy environment that supports the success of quality schools. Rooted will seek an environment where school leaders and communities have the autonomy they need to make and advocate for decisions in the best interests of students: where schools operate under clear performance expectations and accountability and where parents/families are provided information and agency to make informed choices for their children, and have resources that are equitably allocated to support high quality education.
