Data platform - the project consisted of launching a national caregiver data platform intended to expand access to data and serve researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and caring communities by providing actionable insights into caregiver experiences and needs. Developed in partnership with exygy, the platform consolidates four decades of program data, national and state-level research, and real-time caregiver input. Core features include secure data ingestion for program tracking, advanced analytics and visualization tools, and a public-facing portal that allows interactive exploration of caregiver trends, outcomes, and community engagement. This initiative ensures continuous improvement and transparency in caregiver support, equipping stakeholders across the field with robust information to inform decisions and foster better service delivery.

Dealing with dementia (dwd) - rci partnered to expand the reach of culturally adapted tools for dementia care with alter dementia, aiming to tailor its dealing with dementia (dwd) program specifically for black caregivers in georgia. Together, the organizations conducted a comprehensive review and revision of the dwd guide and training materials, focusing on representation, accessibility, and faith-based community engagement. The updated guide and workshops were distributed across sumter county and other regions, reaching over 400 caregivers directly and another 400 through continued outreach. The project showed a statistically significant improvement in caregiver understanding of dementia, and it established a foundation for future culturally inclusive adaptationsincluding for latino caregiversbased on insights gathered during this process.
