Rose Garden Pool Association Inc

The purpose for which the association is formed is to promote health, mental, and physical development, well-being and general welfare of its members; to construct, own and operate, or lease and operate, a swimming pool and other recreational facilities; to acquire by gift, option, lease and/or purchase any property, real, or personal, necessary or desirable for the operation of a swimming pool and other recreational facilities for swimming, aquatic sports and other recreational activities.
