To provide a residential psychiatric rehabilitation facility for adults with mental illness

Programs

2 programs

The rose hill center also offers an extended program for residents. This program is typically used by residents between residential rehabilitation and independent living.

Expenses: $1.9M

The transitional living services program offers residents a bridge between the residential rehabilitation program and independent living within the greater community. See schedule o for additional information.the program allows residents to live independently in a townhome located on the rose hill campus, while supportive staff remain nearby to help as needed. Residents are working or volunteering in the community, managing their mental health and all aspects of their home lives, including budgeting, grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, and navigating social and roommate relationships. Residents receive medication management that transitions into self-management over time, as well as ongoing support from the rose hill center's medical director and psychiatrist. This program has proven effective in readying residents for sustainable, independent living.
