Mission
Multipurpose Senior Citizens Center: Provide congregate meals, home delivered meals, personal care, transportation and socialization to enable the senior citizens (age 60+) to stay in their own homes for as long as possible.

(Code 7) Congregate Meals: Hot nutritious meals served at our nutrition site (Chillicothe)five days a week (Monday thru Friday) and at our satelite site (Londonderry) 2 days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) for clients who are able to participate. Socialization is also a large part of this program. Activities are provided. Meals served: 14,594
Transportation: Program to transport elderly persons (60+) from their homes to our facility and/or to medical offices, grocery stores, pharmacies, their bank and/or other facilities for the purpose of applying for/or receiving services.
Personal Care Service: To offer a household oriented alternative to institutional care by providing basic health maintenance or hygiene assistance to individuals in their homes.
