Rotary Club Of Harrisonburg Charitable Foundation

Scholarships: college scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors at seven local high schools. Scholarships were awarded to 9 students from local high schools totaling $16,000 in august 2023.

Code of ethics awards: thirty-five local elementary, middle, and high schools each select 2 students for their outstanding ethical behavior to be recognized at a ceremony with the rotary code of ethics award. The cost of the event was $16,935.

Valleyfest: this was joint event with massanutten resort and 4 other rotary clubs with sponsors, donations, beer and wine sales along with food and entertainment. The net proceeds of $18,647 were given to harrisonburg/rockingham united way to support childcare.
