To make gifts or grants to charitable, scientific, literary, educational and religious organizations in support of the charitable activities of the rotary club of quincy, massachusetts. To award scholarships to qualified graduates of north quincy and quincy high schools who plan to continue post secondary education after graduations and (b) to make gifts or grants to such organizations as permissible for a corporation organizaed under chapter 180 of the massachusetts general laws and (c) any other lawful activity consistent with the foregoing cited statutes.
