Rotaplast international: rotaplast international sponsors medical missions to developing countries to perform free reconstructive surgery to children around the world who are born with cleft lip or palate anomalies. The rotary club of san jose (rcsj) pays for the supplies and equipment needed and covers the cost to fly them and the medical personnel to the country where the surgeries are performed. Rcsj recruites club members, who pay for their travel, as volunteer support staff.
