Rotary district 7450 exists solely to help and support individual rotary clubs in its jurisdiction, and to advance the object of rotary as stated in the most recent edition of the rotary code of policies. Rotary districts are charged to coordinate collective efforts of individual clubs in service activities.

Pets (president-elect training seminar) & training fees - pets is a seminar which provides training for the president-elects of the rotary clubs. During the year there are other training events to train club officers and district leaders.
Other program expenses include youth exchange program, governor installation event, and sports events.
