Rotary International

District block grant - paid to rotary clubs to fund small-scale, short-term activities that address needs in local communities and communities around the world. These activities align with the rotary foundation's mission to help rotary members advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace by improving health, providing quality education, improving the environment, and alleviating poverty. The district decides which activities to support.

Youth exchange-committee expense to select students to share in international exchange. Student participations in selected events and district conferences.

Fund raising for the Rotary Foundation. Net proceeds from raffle are contributed to the foundation annually. Leadership Training and travel expenses are incurred for club presidents and district leaders when new leadership is elected. This training helps ensure the mission of the organization is communicated and pursued under the new leader's terms in office.
