Mission
A. It shall be the mission of RCCC to harness the power of the citizens of Rowlett, Texas and its affiliated surrounding communities through education, training, volunteer and support services to make the communities safer, stronger, and better prepared to respond to threats of terrorism, crime, public health issues and disasters of any kind. B. It shall be the objective of RCCC to unite in one body such citizen volunteer groups, community leadership and disaster organizations that are actively interested in, and desirous of promoting the mission.
