The mission of the Royal Blue Scholars Foundation is to positively impact young women in Louisville, KY through higher education scholarships and also be a resource to young girls seeking mentorship, guidance, support, and inspiration into career professions and trades. One of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. national programs is Zetas Helping Others People Excel and that is what we plan to do for the community
