University giving: rsm us foundation is focused on enhancing education for tomorrow's middle market leaders. In 2024, over 90 colleges and universities and 31 eligible individuals received grants and scholarships.
National charities: grant support to national charities whose mission aligns with the mission of the rsm us foundation of education, housing, or health
Dollars for doers: through the dollars for doers program, rsm us foundation provides monetary grants to match the direct volunteer hours devoted by rsm us llp employees to serving charities with missions aligned to the mission of rsm us foundation. Grants are also awarded to eligible organizations for each teams participation in rsm us llp's volunteer day. In 2024, rsm employees and partners volunteered for 63,000 hours and over 300 grants were disbursed to eligible organizations.
Inclusion: in 2024, the inclusion fund funded educational scholarships for students from underrepresented populations pursuing an education in accounting, business or technology. The fund also expanded its efforts during the year by providing 19 grants to organizations that align with rsm foundation's mission.
Community impact fund: through the community impact fund, rsm us foundation provides grants to local charities recommended by rsm us llp employees. The purpose of these grants is to amplify rsm employee group fundraising efforts and/or relationshps with local charities. All grants go to charities whose mission aligns to the mission of rsm us foundation.
