Dollars for doers: through the dollars for doers program, rsm us foundation provides monetary grants to match the direct volunteer hours devoted by rsm us llp employees to serving charities with missions aligned to the mission of rsm us foundation. Grants are also awarded to eligible organizations for each teams participation in rsm us llp's volunteer day. In 2024, rsm employees and partners volunteered for 63,000 hours and over 300 grants were disbursed to eligible organizations.
