RUNX1-ALSF: Sponsored Research. 2024 co-funding partnership with Alexs Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) continued, a wide array of ground breaking research projects spanning basic science honing in on gene regulatory networks affected by RUNX1 mutations, classification of RUNX1 variants via novel saturation mutagenesis methods, modeling clonal evolution driven by common secondary somatic mutations, development of clinical consensus guidelines for RUNX1-FPD and defining the role of NLRP3 inflammasome in RUNX1 deficiency.
American Cancer Society: RRP launched a co-funding partnership with ACS to fund both team awards and individual awards to support early clinical trials and/or translational research aimed at preventing the onset of blood cancers in RUNX1-FPD. The application deadline was in 2024 and the announcements for these 4 year grants will be made in 2025.
