Our mission is to create sustainable, meaningful career pathways for high school students in randolph county by developing collaborative partnerships between schools, postsecondary education, businesses, and community stakeholders leading to higher graduation rates, increased industry certification, enrollments in postsecondary education/training, and placement into good and promising jobs resulting in success in school, career, and work.
