Rural Hospital Alliance

The corporation was organized for the promotion of health and various health related activities in the service area of its members. In furtherance of this purpose, the corporation shall be administered and operated exlusively to receive, administer and expend funds to promote and represent the common business interest of and improve business conditions of the rural hospital industry, within the meaning of section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code.
