Rush Companies Community Foundation

The purposes for which this corporation is formed are exclusively charitable, scientific, literary, educational, or the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, and consist of the following: a) to aid and assist the general welfare of the communities in which the rush group of companies conducts business; to support the development, growth, and preservation of such communities; to benefit, provide funds for, and improve the quality of life of the citizens of such communities; to encourage philanthropy; and to assist individuals and organizations in creating sustainability for the perpetual benefit of such communities; b) to establish funding for education scholarships, including but not limited to scholarships for college as well as scholarship for completing secondary education; c) to aid, support, and assist by gifts, contributions or otherwise, other corporations, community chests, funds and foundations organized and operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, or education
