Rush county memorial hospital foundation is organized and operated on a not-for-profit basis exclusively for religious, charitable, educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, and in particular for the specific purpose of providing support for the activities and mission of the rush county memorial hospital, which is exempt from income tax according to section 115 of the code.
