October 29, 1924 the board of trustee of the rutherford b. Hayes presidential center inc. An ohio non-profit corporation, (the "corporation") and the rutherford b. & lucy webb hayes foundation (the "master trust") has established this endowment policy to encourage and provide for the donation of funds for the support of the rutherford b. Hayes presidential center (the "center") and its mission to "promote an understanding of the nineteenth president, the gilded age and leadership.
