We know that student who hail from a rural community, go to an in-state medical school, and complete their residency in a rural community are over 80% likely to practice in a rural community. In our ongoing efforts to bolster our state's rural physician workforce and the gme programming necessary to train rural physicians, we partnered with our state economic development agency to produce videos highlighting the rural gme training and rural quality of life available to resident physicians in rural wisconsin. These videos aided our resident recruitment work both in person and digitally and align with our mission to create the human capital necessary to make rural wisconsin communities the healthiest in america.

Fields of sinsinawa is a farmer-led learning center created to demonstrate and share farming practices to promote healthy soils, protect the environment, ensure profitability, and revitalize rural communities.
