S A F E House

Supportive housing - a two-year program that assists participants in acquiring permanent housing while working on self-sufficiency and life goals with a case manager until graduation from the program. During the current year, 144 persons received supportive housing services.

Thrift store - receives donated clothing, household items, and furniture. As needed, donated items are provided to shelter residents and housing participants at no cost. All other usable items are sold and the proceeds used to support the activities of s.a.f.e. House, inc. Obsolete inventory that can not be sold in the thrift store is donated as a grant to another nonprofit organization.
