We continued working with the City of Sacramento, identifying a potential land purchase in South Sacramento adjacent to the Morrison Creek Revitalization Project. Finally, we worked with a group of farmworkers to explore purchasing land and establishing a farmworker cooperative community

Anti-Displacement Advocacy: We continued our Community Benefits Agreement Ordinance work with the Sacramento Investment without Displacement (SIWD) coalition. We worked with city staff to pass a Small Business Protection Program within the City of Sacramento. Additionally, we continued to collaborate with CLTs across the state via the California CLT Network, and were active in their Policy and Curriculum committees. We joined our Statewide partners at the CA State Capitol for the recognition of World CLT day. In partnership with an affordable developer and community association, we were granted priority for the purchase of an historical building to preserve for community use
