Leadership sacramento is a year-long interactive program that provides behind-the-scenes view of the issues that impact our region's economy. Leadership sacramento is available to a select group of participants chosen through a competitive application process, hosting monthly day long sessions and culminating in the completion of a community betterment project. In 2024, 38 leaders participated in the program.

Emerge summit is a young professional's conference spearheaded by metro edge and a collaborative effort of regional organizations committed to supporting young professionals and their growth in the community. This one-day conference features inspiring keynote speakers, educational breakout sessions focusing on personal and professional development and networking opportunities with community members. In 2024, over 312 young professionals from all over the sacramento region participated in the event.

Metro edge: convenes over 350 regional young professionals in an annual professional development conference called the emerge summit.inspire giving: annual grant-making program to help young professionals connect, embrace employees who lead and encourage professionals and businesses to give back and serve our region.leadership sacramento alumni association: provides ways for former leadership sacramento class members to continue networking, participate in exclusive community education opportunities and engage in community service projects.
