Php customer support: this is for revenue related to the incentive agreement between the partnership healthplan of california and sacvalley medshare (svms). Partnership healthplan pays svms for onboarding counties onto svms's system as well as for achieving certain milestones related to data sharing.
Edie fees: these are emergency department information exchange (edie) fees. These are for notifications sent to emergency department providers. Prior to july 2024, svms was paying for these fees for their customers. Now svms bills the customers for these fees.
