Safe Harbor provides a faith-based community for rebuilding, renewing, and recovery. We work together with volunteers and other nonprofit organizations to provide a wide range of services to those experiencing homelessness, single mothers, those in recovery, and others in need.

Chloe Waldrop Taylor Renewal CenterThe Chloe Waldrop Taylor Renewal Center is home to the Community Center, where women can connect to resources for housing, employment, and recovery. It also provides a welcoming environment for community and support groups and offers an array of classes for women from all walks of life.
Greenleaf Transitional Housing ProgramThe Greenleaf Transitional Housing Program provides low-cost, fully furnished apartments for women and their children who seek support and accountability as they prepare for successful independent living.
Other Program ServicesThe Passage, an extension of the Community Center, provides temporary housing for women who are medically or mentally fragile and unable to obtain housing on their own.
