Aging Unbound Sage Talks - seniors, individuals living with disabilities, and caregivers with seminars on Caregiving while Black, SageTalks with healthcare providers, advanced directives, grief, end-of-life preparedness, mindful techniques to reduce isolation, fitness seminars, nutrition as we age and healthy cooking demonstrations with partners. Virtual SageTalks topics include: aging and disability resource connections locally, statewide, and nationwide, community resilience after COVID-19, home fitness as you age, Medicare/Medicaid benefits to save money, caregivers resource connections, understanding dementia, adult vaccines fact vs fiction, and edutainment via the aging well exposition/experience.

SageSolutions - served seniors, persons living with disabilities, and caregivers/care partners served through social workers and gerontologiests for social service coordination and resource connections to over 285 providers, and benefits for successfully aging in place, social determinants of health addressed to mitigate unhealty outcomes. Organization educated tohose served about recently-passed Georgia Caregiver Act benefits and the Georgia Power Energy Efficient Program to save up to $5,000 per household in retrofits for homeowners and renters who qualified.
