The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Subject to the foregoing, the specific purposes and objectives of the corporation shall include but not be limited to the following: (a) to be a conduit to flexible contract work in the service industry for families seeking to ease the burden of catholic and general education costs. (b) to provide financial assistance for catholic education experiences including but not limited to catholic school tuition and fees. (c) to provide financial assistance to members of the catholic faith who are experiencing hardships. (d) to provide financial assistance to catholic non-profits.
