The Congregation of the Lovers of the Holy Cross, Qui Nhon Diocese - Central of Vietnam (Provided aid to the disabled and orphaned at 3 Orphanages and 1 Foster Center; provided meals to impoverished patients at Gia Lai Hospital; distributed rice and noodles to the underprivileged; built 5 Houses of Love for the disabled and the poor.)

4. Hung Dong Foster Center for the Disabled Children in Lagi, Binh Thuan - Central of Vietnam (Provided aid to disabled individuals, deaf and mute orphaned children.)

5. The Diocese of My Tho - Duc Hoa Parish - South of Vietnam (Built 5 Houses of Love for the disabled and the poor; provided monthly supplies of rice and noodles to the blind, provided 110 beds for the disabled and the elderly.)
