Assist people with utility bill emergencies: heating, electricity, telephone, water. Avoid shut-offs. Pay start-up deposits and re-connect fees for the poor, if needed. Attempt to provide one month's service to enable client to resume paying on his/her own. Assisted 41 households in 2023.

Assist people with food, medication, transportation, automobile repairs, gasoline to get to doctor's appointments, and miscellaneous other needs. Assisted 81 households in 2023.
