Some of those programs are described below:camp ryla (rotary youth leadership awards) this fun, intensive experience develops leadership through teambuilding, problem-solving scenarios, and a feed my starving children service project within a weekend camp experience for 80 high school students.rotary youth exchange - exposure to different cultures ranks as one of the most powerful ways to promote international understanding and peace. The saint paul rotary club provided support for one or more international students with the opportunity to meet people from saint paul and to experience minnesota culture, planting the seeds for a lifetime of international understanding. World community service: the saint paul rotary club makes grants to fund international humanitarian projects approved by the rotary international foundation.
