Salaried Nummi Retiree Supp Health Plan

The purpose of the nummi salaried retiree supplemental insurance plan is to provide supplemental health insurance reimbursements to former employees, who were salaried team members with at least 10 years of service with nummi, and who retired after 1994 from employment with nummi at age 65 or older, and their eligible spouses.
