Mission

Splg aims to be the health center of choice for medi-cal and underinsured patients by offering high quality, medical, dental, vision and behavioral health care.

Programs

Splg provides comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care, including sexual and reproductive health care, to women across the lifespan, through its team of obstetricians/gynecologists, advanced-practice clinicians, nurses and health coaches. In addition to the management of pregnancy in the prenatal period, splg performs birth deliveries at partnering hospitals as well as performs gynecological surgeries. Splg participates in the enhance california comprehensive perinatal services program (cpsp) to provide enhanced education, nutritional and psycho-social assessment to its pregnant patients.

Splg provides preventive and restorative oral health care to the whole family. Using the latest equipment and technology our team of dentists, registered dental assistants and dental assistants screen for oral health disease and provide preventive care such as cleanings, sealants and fillings, and restorative care such as crowns and dentures.

Splg provides optometry services to the whole family. Using the latest equipment and technology with our team of optometrists, we provide access to glasses, lenses.
