San Antonio Festival Of Books Inc

Authors in Schools is the year-round annual educational outreach program of the San Antonio Book Festival that pairs award-winning authors with underserved, low-income schools in our partner school districts to deliver presentations to hundreds of students, tell funny stories, share personal journeys, and describe the process of writing their books. All students in attendance receive a free, signed copy of the author's book to take home. Making a personal connection with an author can be the motivation kids need to jump start their imagination with books.
