San Clemente Village

San clemente village is a volunteer driven with the goal of allowing seniors to thrive and live well in their homes. Our membership is age 80+. We accomplish this goal by providing services such as transportation, grocery shopping, pet assistance, minor home maintenance, social activities, educational programs, emergency prepardness and personal wellness.
