San Diego Chill

The San Diego Chill provides inclusive athletic opportunities for children and young adults with developmental disabilities, including Down Syndrome and Autism. Through structured sports programs, participants develop physical skills, build confidence, and experience teamwork in a supportive environment. Teen coaches serve as mentors, fostering relationships that promote community, inclusion, and personal growth for both athletes and volunteers.
