San Diego Emergency Medical Services Association

#1. Represent its members in all matters relating to employer/employee relations (wages, benefits, work hours, working conditions, disciplinary issues, other terms and conditions of employment). #2. Contribute to and aid in development of high professional standards to which emergency medical services employees are dedicated. #3. Promote improvements to public safety, community service, & develop relationships with the community it serves. #4. Foster a spirit of unity & goodwill among its members to promulgage ethical practices in their relationships.
