The specific purposes of this corporation are to:educate and provide resources to the San Luis Obispo County community on issues of agriculture and sustainable and regenerative farming, and to encourage eating healthy, locally grown food; andpromote sustainable living and demonstrate sustainable practices and provide opportunities for people to come together to learn about and participate in healthy lifestyles and recreation activities; andfoster collaboration with other non-profit organizations which fall under IRC 501(c) and are operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes and with public agencies; andprovide a meeting place for local cultural activities, agricultural organizations,non-profit and community groups, and municipal and government agencies; andconserve and care for the iconic hall and grounds, balancing practical improvements while honoring its heritage; andcarry on other charitable and educational activities associated with these purposes as may be allowe
