Vocal & Instrumental Music: All Kindergarteners have a vocal class once each week and all 3rd graders are introduced to instrumental music by learning to play the recorder.Drama Program: All 2nd graders participate in the school's Drama Program and stage a performance for the school community.Paraprofessional Classroom Aides: Aides work directly with Kinder to 5th grade kids in small groups reducing the teacher student ratio.

Library: Funding enables the library to remain open throughout the school day. State funding is so low that it does not cover a half-time position.Social and Emotional Development & Curriculum: Important social and emotional support programs help students learn critical resolution and leadership skills.Reading Intervention: Foundation matches other funds to provide intensive reading intervention for K - 5th graders who need additional support.

Other Programs: Other programs include enrichment, leadership, science and technology. When necessary, funds have also been used to assist with capital improvements and equipment needs of the Montair Elementary School.
