Education - promote enjoyment and understanding of temporate rainforest ecosystem and ecologically sound land management. Summer hike series, nick's interns, scholarship program. 4,000 grant is for scholarship program.

Collaboration - create and build conservation partnerships in the mattole watershed and beyond. Implement mattole watershed plan with mattole river and range partnership.
