Sandwich Senior Housing Corporation

Sandwich senior housing corporation ("corporation") is organized exclusively for the benefit of, and to support the functions of shawme heights, inc. ("shawme heights") and shawme heights ii, inc. ("shawme heights ii") provided that such organizations are qualified under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended ("code") and not a private foundation under code section 509(a)(1) or (a)(2) ("supported organizations"). Both shawme heights and shawme heights ii are tax-exempt under code section 501(c)(3) and operate low-income housing projects in sandwich, massachusetts. The corporation was formed to coordinate strategic planning and planned programs conducted by the supporting organizations as well as activities that focus on providing housing and services for the elderly.
