Bank Fees and Credit Card Collection Fees - expense arising from the collection of dues payments via credit card by members.

All other expenses are in service to the exempt purpose, e.g. printing expenses for dues collection, payroll taxes on the manager's salary, office expenses, insurance, expense reimbursement, and state & federal filing fees.
