Through proper supervision and instruction to implant firmly in the minds of the youth, who are members of the organization, the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and reverence, so that they become finer, stronger, and happier youth who will become adult members of society , with good moral character. In addition, the organization will conduct and supervise competitive athletic games between members of the organization and other groups.
