Programs
3 programs
Each year we celebrate indigenous peoples day with a program to bring awareness to the county and community residents about the ho-chunk (winnebago) native americans near us. This program is supported by county funds.
We had a new event in this fiscal called, touch of history. The idea was that we would bring 'show and tell' with historical items. This was not just vehicles, but old bikes, equipment, toys, etc. Unfortunately, we picked the wrong location for the event for our first time, but plan to do it again.
