LIVE EVENTS: Scarlet Spark led 42 workshops, with a 96% satisfaction rate from participants. Workshops included topics such as giving feedback, leadership essentials, strategic planning, and goal setting. Scarlet Spark also led 12 leadership office hours open to anyone in the entire movement, with a 100% participant satisfaction rate.

OPEN-SOURCE TOOLS: Scarlet Spark created 27 new templates and resources, all freely available via their website. These tools also included recorded, interactive versions of some of the company's most popular workshops (such as Feedback Skills), designed for organizations to run live at their own pace. In partnership with Stray Dog Institute, Scarlet Spark began training an AI chatbot that can answer leadership and organizational design questions in 95 different languages.
