To encourage, equip and energize christian working women.

Monthly luncheons - this program creates a community of working women who network together and discuss common issues related to work. An inspirational speaker encourages and equips so that they can further live their faith in the marketplace.
Bible studies, connect 2 and instructional webinars - these programs further the mission by equipping working women. Classes are desinged to grow a deeper faith, build relationships with each other and creating a network. Through these programs, based on identified needs, spiritual lives are enriched, knowledge is gained and application to their lives help them so they can make an impact in their work, their community and in their families. Due to great response we continued to offer digital studies. Connect 2 resumed in 2023. We continued to partnership with the generosity trust in providing webinars on important topics as it related to work. Patriot day 9/11 event changed its name to: 9/11: a day of remembrance. The live event is a community wide event and was well attended. A 30 minute made-for-tv video was produced and enjoyed great viewership. For 2023, scwn introduced a new leadership symposium: "god is running your business, are you on board? This new event, also a community event, featured a keynote speaker and a ceo panel from various fields including healthcare, finance, management and manufacturing. Discussion included audience q & a. Panelists discussed ways in which implementing godly principles in their companies impacted customers, employees and outcomes.
To bring people together to teach them god's word and bring them closer to christ.
