The purpose of the corporation is for the advancement of education within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code to maintain and operate a weekend enrichment program and related activities for prek-12 children as a notforprofit enterprise. The corporation also has such powers as are now or may hereafter be granted by the general not-for-profit corporation act of the state of new york.
